Job description

Beechmont Country Club, located in Beachwood, OH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Racquets Desk Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet all visitors in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with any guest inquiries, answer incoming telephone calls, forward calls to the appropriate party, or take a message
  • Provide clerical support to the department that may include but is not limited to: typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparation of outgoing mail
  • Sort incoming mail for the department(s)
  • Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree; or one (1) year of administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job
  • Must possess computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Jonas, and Publisher
