General Manager (Full-Time) – The Picklr | Danvers, MA
$65,000 Base + Bonus + Commission | Multi-Unit Leadership Growth

Ready to take full ownership of a high-volume, world-class Picklr location? We're hiring a General Manager to lead our Danver's club-featuring 12 premium courts, a pro shop, recovery space, and a built-in community of players.

This is a true operator role. You will run the business, lead the team, and drive revenue. If you're looking for a position where you can take control, build something meaningful, and grow into multi-unit leadership-this is it.

This is an on-site position in Danver's, MA. Open to candidates willing to commute or relocate.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive membership sales, revenue growth, and overall club performance
  • Lead from the front and set the tone for energy, service, and execution
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Program pickleball programs monthly to support the club's scheduling needs
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and payroll alignment
  • Execute leagues, clinics, tournaments, and events to maximize engagement and retention
  • Build local partnerships, corporate bookings, and community outreach initiatives
  • Lead weekly social media marketing efforts
  • Manage inventory, retail performance, and pro shop operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, best-in-class facility environment
  • Track KPIs, control expenses, and drive profitability
  • Create a culture of accountability, performance, and positive energy
