Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Kids Club Manager will excel in communication with children, parents, and fellow staff members, backed by prior experience in Kids Club management. Essential Purpose: Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.Â
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children ages one to twelve years.Â
- Supervise children's activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.Â
- Assist with the hiring and training of the Kids Club staff, including Assistant Kids Club Managers and Kids Club Associates.Â
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours, monitoring child-to-staff ratios.Â

- Develop appropriate age activities, games, and crafts for children in the Kids Club.Â
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained not only in the Kids Club facility but also throughout the entire gym, including regular club walks and bathroom checks.Â
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.Â
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding Kids Club policies, procedures, and updates.Â
- Foster positive relationships with members and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.Â
- Support the front desk and gym operations when there are no children present.
Qualifications:Â
- 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role, in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.Â
