The Service Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Service Department operations, ensuring that the department meets the necessary objectives while creating and implementing action plans. The Service Manager will be required to run an efficient and profitable Service Department through productive staffing, customer retention, and achievement of objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of dealership experience and have excellent customer service skills. Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, self-motivate and have a drive to succeed.

Experience:

. Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of dealership experience;

· An active and valid driver license and good driving record;

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

· Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;

· Ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers;

· Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented;

· Have the ability to work individually and in a team environment;
