Job description

Heavy Equipment / Truck & Coach Technician – 310T Licensed

Innisfil, ON

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 42.5 hrs./week

 Our technicians are the hub of our business – everything turns because of them. Their skill, dedication, and drive keep us moving forward and growing. They’re valued right down to the core of the business and what we do. Compensation & Rewards:
  • Hourly Pay: $35.00 to $43.50/hr. (for 310T licensed technicians)
  • $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed 310T Technicians
  • Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
  • Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training
  • Annual Wage Increases
  • 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance
  • Vacation + Paid Personal Days
     
What You’ll Do
  • Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment.
  • Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace. 
What You Bring
  • 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
  • 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
  • Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach
