USA Personal Training partners with fitness centers across the U.S. to operate their personal training departments, driving rapid growth through contracts with major gym chains. With operations in over 100 locations and $20M+ in annual revenue, USA PT is expanding its footprint and seeking Fitness Sales Managers for its multiple locations around the USA.

As a Fitness Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting gym members with personal training solutions that help them achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and collaborating with gym leadership to foster a strong member experience and grow participation in personal training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct consultative sales processes with new and existing gym members to assess fitness goals and recommend personal training packages
  • Demonstrate and educate members on exercise fundamentals and proper technique to build trust and showcase the value of personal training
  • Sell personal training packages and consistently achieve biweekly sales quotas
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, track activity, and follow up to convert leads into clients
  • Collaborate with gym leadership and trainers to support a strong member experience and identify opportunities to improve and grow personal training participation

Requirements

    • Passion for Fitness - helps to have personal and/or professional gym experience
    • Experience in consultative sales within a fitness or wellness environment
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a quota-based role
    • Experience managing a sales pipeline and performing consistent follow-up to convert leads
    • Experience using Club Ready or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking
    • Knowledge of exercise fundamentals and proper technique with the ability to educate and demonstrate to gym members
    • CPR/AED certification
    • Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA)
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    • Experience in a customer-facing role working directly with gym members
    • Experience collaborating with gym leadership and personal trainers
