Production Leads

1st and 3rd Shifts 

Pay ranges from $19.80 - $20.60 (depending on the case ready department) Plus, $2.00 for the night shift differential. 

  • Must have experience in case ready department positions.
  • Must be willing to work all hours scheduled.
  • Must not have more than 3.5 attendance points (will be demoted if 3.5 is exceeded)
  • No disciplinary write-ups in the past 6 months.
  • Bilingual desired
  • Must be capable of performing simple math.
  • Must be able to perform the following essential functions with or without accommodations:
    1. Have the employee read the job description.
    2. Explain and demonstrate skills of job to the employee, repeat as needed.
    3. Allow employee to try the new job.
    4. Make necessary corrections and allow the employee to try again.
    5. Repeat steps 1-4 till employee is comfortable.
    6. Build line speed and confidence of employee.
    7. Train employee in policies and procedures.
    8. Train and retrain employees, promoting job rotation.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions listed below with or without accommodations
    1. Assist Management in:
      1. Employee placement.
      2. Assessment of controls
      3. Gathering information.
      4. Maintaining quality standards.
      5. Maintaining good communication concerning production and written records.

  • Physical Requirements
    1. Repetitive motion includes full extension of arms to shoulder height.
    2. Repetitive elbow, wrist, hand and finger motion. 
    3. Must be able to lift a maximum 90 lbs. not less than 30 times per 4.5-hour period from floor level to a maximum height of 6 feet. 
    4. Job includes standing for at least 4.5 hours within a work area, or walking distances longer than 100 feet covering an area that exceeds 45,000 square feet.
    5. Must withstand a damp work area with a temperature range of 40 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit for a period of 10 hours.
