Description
Fetcherr is an AI-driven company specializing in deep learning, algorithmic trading, and large-scale data solutions. Our core technology, the Large Market Model (LMM), enables accurate demand forecasting and real-time, data-driven decision-making. Originally focused on the airline industry, Fetcherr is expanding its AI solutions across additional industries.
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Domain Expert with strong expertise in airline pricing. You will play a key role in bridging industry knowledge with product development, helping shape the way our platform models, explains, and supports airline pricing logic.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Aviation Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or similar).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in airline pricing or revenue management - either at an airline, GDS, or pricing content provider (e.g., ATPCO).
  • Experience working with systems that support RM/Pricing teams.

Domain Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of airline pricing concepts including RBDs, fare ladders, private vs. public fares, seasonality, fare rules, surcharges, and ancillaries.
  • Familiarity with ATPCO data structures, GDS fare filing logic, and how airlines manage and distribute pricing content.
  • Bonus: knowledge of NDC, dynamic offers, or experience with pricing automation tools.

Analytical & Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and structure complex pricing logic.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies in fare data or pricing outcomes.

Content & Communication:
  • Proven ability to write clear, structured documentation and business logic definitions.
  • Comfortable translating industry expertise into product content, user guides, and configuration rules.
  • Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written.

Soft Skills:
  • Startup mindset - hands-on, flexible, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment.
  • Team player with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passionate about improving how airlines price and sell their products.
