Base Pay: $15.00 per hr. + TIPS (Unlimited Earning Potential!)
Location: St. Louis Lambert International Airport
Shift/Hours: 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm)

Position Objective:
To assist airline passengers who require or request support, while delivering friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service.
General Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Able to pass an FBI background check
  • Previous passenger assistance experience a plus (but not required)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus!
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • A professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A background in customer service (preferred)
  • A natural passion for helping people
What You'll Do:
  • Provide a hospitable and safe travel experience for passengers
  • Assist passengers in and out of wheelchairs, and safely transport them throughout the airport
  • Deliver helpful information and directions as needed
  • Communicate with dispatch and gate agents for timely assistance
  • Ensure all TSA screening procedures and safety protocols are followed
  • Complete reports for any incidents or special circumstances
  • Maintain accurate wheelchair and trip logs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift, hold, and carry 75+ pounds
  • Frequent standing, bending, squatting, and pushing required throughout shift
