Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking an Administrative Office Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative activities to support the efficient functioning of the office. Work Schedule: Typically,you will work Monday through Friday from 8am until 4:30pm.

What Will You Do: As an Administrative Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our branch location is organized and ran efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.

  • Previous experience of 1 year in accounting, accounts payable or cash reconciliation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.

General Requirements:
  • Lift and carry 20lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
