The Impact You Will Have

The Capital Markets Team is seeking to hire a collaborative and driven Analyst responsible for financial analysis and market research related to the financing of properties in primary and secondary markets across the country. The Analyst will primarily assist in sizing and underwriting commercial real estate assets, gathering and organizing due diligence, and interfacing with both internal producers and external clients to successfully procure financing for acquisition, development, and refinance transactions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reviewing/preparing cash flow models using Excel and calculating investment returns

  • Performing market research and financial due diligence

  • Writing, preparing, and assembling Investment Memoranda

  • Maintaining transaction records and contact database

  • Assisting in the identification and pursuit of business leads

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm local time, Monday through Friday

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (prefer finance and/or real estate concentration)

  • 1+ years of experience in Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent financial modeling skills including thorough knowledge of Excel, and ARGUS a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word, ability to learn Salesforce and other company software as needed

  • Proven written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to accurately and productively handle multiple tasks during time sensitive situations

  • Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes

  • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
