As a Data Analyst, you'll work with powerful tools like SQL, Alteryx, and DOMO to transform complex data into actionable insights that improve operational performance and drive business results. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, build innovative reporting solutions, and present recommendations that directly affect strategy and outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze complex data sets and uncover insights that drive business decisions

  • Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools using SQL, DOMO, and Alteryx

  • Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and deliver data-driven solutions

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

  • Manage multiple analytics initiatives while balancing priorities and deadlines

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to governance standards

  • Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation

Location & Schedule

  • 📍 Milwaukee, WI | St. Paul, MN | Cincinnati, OH

  • 🏢 Hybrid schedule with 3+ days onsite per week

  • 🕗 Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and not hold any type of Visa.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, SQL, and Excel.

  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Experience delivering end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions.

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
