Join Data Intelligence within WCIB Operations-a dynamic team at the heart of how data drives decisions across Wholesale Capital Markets. This is where analytics meets impact: transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support critical operations, influence strategy, and enhance how the business serves clients.

As a Data Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that partners closely with business leaders. You'll use modern data tools to uncover insights, tell compelling data stories, and help solve real-world business challenges. From building dashboards to presenting recommendations, your work will directly shape decision-making and operational performance.

What You'll Do

  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support key business decisions

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using SQL, Alteryx, and DOMO

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of analytics requests, balancing priorities and timelines

  • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences-including senior leaders

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards

  • Monitor outcomes and continuously refine analytics approaches to drive better results

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Location: 3+ days onsite in Milwaukee, Saint Paul, or Cincinnati

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (local time)

  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and not hold any type of Visa.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, DOMO, and SQL (strong in data extraction and manipulation)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud

  • Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL for querying data

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and lead discovery conversations

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret patterns in complex data sets

  • Experience with project management and delivering analytics solutions end-to-end

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
