Emplify Health is looking for a 340B Program Specialist.

We are seeking a 340 Program Specialist with strong experience in data analytics and a proven ability to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies within complex information. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable using spreadsheets and other electronic tools to track, organize, and interpret data. This role requires someone who can look beyond the numbers to understand what is driving the results and translate findings into meaningful insight. Pharmacy experience is preferred and would be an asset in this position.

What you will do:

  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

  • Ensure that the 340B program is utilized & records are complete across the enterprise (Bellin and Gundersen regions).

  • Responsible for day-to-day compliant medication procurement, billing, and inventory management.

  • Assists with implementation of and adherence to 340B related policies and procedures.

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Experience auditing 340B programs preferred

  • 1 year of healthcare related experience, pharmacy purchasing experience in multiple pharmacy types and knowledge of EPIC preferred

  • Apex Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program within 18 months of hire
