Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, HR Management, Clinical or related field required or equivalent experience in the field.

Experience / Qualifications
  • 1 year recruiting experience required with healthcare experience.
  • 1 year experience with direct sourcing including cold calling and social media.
  • Experience in high volume recruiting preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results when working with all levels of leadership.
  • Ability to utilize existing tools for efficiently and accurately track, monitor, and communicate all recruitment and retention activities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruitment metrics, i.e., turnover, vacancy rates, and time to fill metrics.
  • Must possess excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking systems.
  • Strong communication/organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers to secure an expedient job posting, offering, pre-employment/screening and onboarding experience.

Position Summary
This position works directly with the Director of Human Resources Talent & Culture in collaboration with department leadership to fill open vacancies.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Establish productive and efficient working relationship with peer talent acquisition team.
  • Leads the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Uses social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Builds networks to find qualified candidates.
  • Maintains regular contact with possible future candidates.
  • Research and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Conducts regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Presents ideas to improve recruiting strategies to assist with best outcomes.
  • Educate HR team and operational leads on the latest and / or most effective recruiting modalities.
  • Participate and hold recruitment events as needed.
  • Constantly assume role of process improvement steward to enhance the candidate and hiring manager's experience.
  • Provide market and professional expertise in the areas of recruitment to HR and operational business partners.
  • Assist with facilitating the onboarding and scheduling of new hire orientation sessions.
  • Contribute ideas and assistance in recruiting to enable JMC to exceed organizational goals.
  • Create and cultivate strong relationships with candidates and department leadership.
  • Promote JMC's culture, value, brand, and articulate why candidates should choose JMC.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Requires sitting for long periods of time, also stooping, bending, standing, and stretching. Must have manual dexterity for typing and computer data entry. Ability to push/pull up to 40lbs., carry and lift up to 20lbs.
