Job Description: -

We are looking for an Atlassian Migration Specialist with strong experience migrating Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management from Server/Data Centre environments to Atlassian Cloud. The role involves planning and executing end-to-end migrations, managing app/plug-in transitions, optimizing cloud setups, and ensuring data integrity and security throughout the process.

The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess existing environments, address customizations, conduct test migrations, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-migration support.

Experience integrating Atlassian Cloud with identity and access management solutions, including SSO and user provisioning, is essential.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience migrating Atlassian tools to Cloud

• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket & JSM configurations

• Experience with SSO, identity integrations, and provisioning workflows

• Proficiency with migration tools and handling complex setups

• Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, and performance best practices

• Scripting and automation skills (Python/Java/JavaScript preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and project coordination abilities

Preferred: Atlassian certifications, experience with large-scale migrations, and knowledge of cloud platforms or synchronization tools.
