Job description

Scrum Master | Consulting - 20 hours a week


Beachwood, OH | Onsite | $68–$75/hour | 6+ Month Contract


We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master for an immediate consulting opportunity with an established organization undergoing continued improvements following a NetSuite and Salesforce implementation.


This is a hands-on, 20-hour-per-week consulting assignment expected to last at least 6 months. You’ll work directly with the Director of Enterprise Systems to bring structure, accountability, and momentum to ongoing technology and business process initiatives.


What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate post-implementation projects, system enhancements, integrations, workflows, reporting, and user adoption
  • Manage priorities, project plans, backlogs, action items, timelines, and dependencies
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum meetings and keep projects moving forward
  • Coordinate between business users, technical resources, and outside partners
  • Identify roadblocks and follow up to ensure commitments are completed
  • Help translate business needs into clearly defined tasks and deliverables
  • Coordinate testing, training, documentation, and rollouts
  • Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and outstanding issues


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar
  • Strong project coordination and follow-through skills
  • Experience with enterprise systems implementations, upgrades, or post-implementation work
  • Comfortable working with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar


Preferred: NetSuite and/or Salesforce experience, systems integration experience, or PMP/Scrum certification.
