Job description

  • We are looking to adopt Jira / Agile processes to get into the Agile delivery mode.

So the basic ask is for someone who:
  • Can take the project list we have in ServiceNow and populate them in Jira. This would require setting up the project, update the project with update project status information, tasks, owners, tickets ect in consultation with the team that is running the project.
    • Conduct some basic "how to use jira" training for the team so that they can start using Jira to continue with the project from that point on.
    • Use some simple project to explain the basic agile operational items / terms
    Our project stack in Service now is not complicated. They are comprised of (1) small requests representing 1-2 weeks of work and medium requests that may take 8-12 weeks.
