Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Intake Sessions and analyze data: Engage with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and current challenges. Utilize AI-powered analytics to identify trends and insights, establishing a data-driven foundation for tailored learning solutions.
  • Design Learning Solutions: Develop customized training programs that address identified learning gaps, leveraging AI to ensure alignment with Solera's sales methodology, product knowledge, and company vision.
  • Facilitate Learning Actions: Lead and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales teams. Incorporate AI-driven interactive tools and simulations to create an immersive learning experience that caters to diverse learning styles.
  • Track and Measure Progress: Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, gathering real-time feedback to refine and continuously improve learning solutions.
  • Performance Management Collaboration: Collaborate with Revenue Operations business partners to monitor sales performance metrics through analytics, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Follow-Up and Support: Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams post-training, utilizing AI tools to track application of key learnings in their daily processes and offering personalized feedback for continuous development.
  • Leverage AI: Continue to integrate AI-driven tools and solutions throughout the sales enablement process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement, ensuring our sales teams have access to the latest insights and resources.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Professional Services, HR, and IT to ensure alignment and support for sales enablement initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Be an active and supportive team member within the Global Sales Enablement Team, sharing best practices with peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and success, particularly in the use of AI to enhance and streamline enablement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, preferably within the technology or automotive sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, specifically the Challenger Sale model.
  • Proficiency in sales technology tools, including CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement platforms (Outreach), Sales Enablement platforms (Highspot), prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo) and proven track record of successfully leveraging AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Azure Open AI, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) for enablement use cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess learning needs and measure training effectiveness.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
