Workday Adoption Enablement Consultant
Location: Columbia, OH (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Job Type: W-2 Temporary Contract
 

About the Role:
Seeking a Workday Adoption Enablement Consultant to support HR technology operations and drive end-user adoption of Workday systems. This role focuses on system administration, troubleshooting, configuration, data management, and process optimization to enhance HR functions including payroll, time & attendance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an End User Adoption Action Plan to increase engagement and address adoption gaps.

  • Provide training, support, and guidance to HR system users through office hours and documentation.

  • Update and maintain user guides, knowledge bases, and FAQs.

  • Support system configuration, troubleshooting, and data management in Workday.

  • Assist in developing self-service HR capabilities and ensure seamless integration between systems.

  • Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to HR leadership.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for HR technology operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Workday implementations, with a focus on user adoption and enablement.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills to assist end users effectively.

  • Ability to quickly learn system configurations and workflows.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to user support.

  • Familiarity with change management principles.
