Chalmers Jewelers is a locally owned jewelry store proudly serving our community since 1991. We specialize in custom design, bridal jewelry, and high-quality craftsmanship created in-house. We are a family-owned jewelry store that takes pride in delivering exceptional service and helping clients celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.


What You’ll Do:

· Guide clients through purchases including engagement rings, custom jewelry, and luxury gifts

· Build relationships with customers and provide a high-end, personalized experience

· Assist with custom design consultations

· Work collaboratively with our in-house team to bring custom projects to life

· Help maintain an inviting showroom and visual displays


What We’re Looking For:

· Sales, retail, or jewelry experience (preferred but not required)

· Someone to build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Someone driven to set and achieve monthly sales goals

· Detail-oriented

· Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small team environment

Position Details:

· Full-Time

· Store hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00-5:00pm

· Saturdays required

· Willing to work at either our Middleton or Madison location
