About the job
Ana Luisa is looking for a results driven and self motivated Stylist to join the retail team. The Stylist assumes a pivotal role in our team's success. Their primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, surpassing sales objectives and authentically narrating our brand story. Their passion for our products and commitment to exceptional customer service will help us exceed sales targets and enhance customer loyalty, making them a key contributor to our success.
The Stylist will initially report to the Store Manager.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Sales Achievement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ana Luisa brand and product offerings to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales goals through a customer-centric approach, in-depth product knowledge and genuine selling techniques
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals; focusing on Average Order Value, Units Per Transaction, Conversion % and revenue to target
  • Utilize company tools, incentives and strategies to support the achievement of store-wide sales targets
Customer Experience
  • Forge lasting relationships with customers by establishing genuine connections and delivering a personalized shopping experience
  • Collaborate with the store team to build a strong clientele list, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat customers
  • Participate in store events and corporate-led initiatives to enhance brand awareness and community involvement
  • Welcome customers into the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
  • Assist customers in styling jewelry, making recommendations that complement their individual style and lifestyle
  • Work closely with store leadership to gather and implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Resolve customer needs promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Operational Excellence & Visual Merchandising
  • Accurately process customer transactions, ensuring a seamless experience in an OMNI channel setting
  • Handle returns, exchanges and warranties efficiently and in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain visual standards by executing brand, product and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure the sales floor remains pristine and organized, with display jewelry presented attractively
  • Collaborate with leadership on store operational matters
  • Participate in regular inventory counts, contributing to maintaining high inventory accuracy
  • Ensure all front and back-of-house procedures adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Assist in processing shipments, including visual merchandising placement and replenishment to ensure product availability

What you’ll bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of retail management experience; jewelry experience preferred
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Works well in a high performance team environment
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Open availability required on Fri/Sat/Sun and two 4 hour shifts Mon-Thurs
