The Assistant Store Manager is a passionate leader and brand ambassador who partners closely with the Store Manager to drive commercial success, operational excellence, and elevated client experiences. Through inspirational leadership, brand stewardship, and a commitment to luxury standards, they help cultivate a high-performing store environment that reflects the elegance and values of Ana Luisa.
This role plays an integral part in developing talent, cultivating clientele, and supporting overall store profitability while ensuring every client interaction reflects the highest level of service and hospitality.Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Store Manager to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development to cultivate a collaborative and service-driven culture
  • Drive sales performance and KPI achievement, including conversion, AOV, UPT, client retention, and overall store profitability
  • Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences that strengthen loyalty and cultivate long-term clientele
  • Serve as a leadership presence on the sales floor, motivating the team to consistently exceed luxury service standards
  • Support the planning and execution of in-store events and client experiences that drive community engagement and brand affinity
  • Champion clienteling initiatives and leverage customer insights to elevate the client experience and support business growth
  • Oversee operational excellence across front and back of house, including inventory management, omni-channel transactions, shipment processing, and store organization
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards in alignment with brand expectations
  • Partner with store leadership to optimize scheduling, team productivity, and overall business performance
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail
  • Proven success driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and clienteling expertise
  • Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and delivering elevated luxury experiences
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems
  • Polished communication skills with a refined, client-focused presence
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
