Job Description Senior JDE Business Analyst St. Louis, MO (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite) | Contract-to-Hire Position Summary LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Senior JDE Business Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity based in St. Louis, MO.

This role supports and enhances JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), driving solutions that improve processes and business performance. The analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders, with a particular focus on Sales Operations. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite (Tuesdays required) and 2 days remote.

What You Will Do Partner with business users and project teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals Participate in strategy discussions to understand and capture high-level business needs Serve as a conduit between business, IT, and external partners Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend design changes Design and test solutions in coordination with development teams and business representatives Create and document business requirements, as-is/to-be process flows, functional specifications, and other project documentation Document systems and their interdependencies, maintaining design documents to reflect changes from new implementations or support issues Define integration touchpoints between JD Edwards and other applications Drive the quality assurance process by translating business requirements and use cases into test plans and scenarios Respond to functional and technical issues, including troubleshooting and initiating actions with technical support teams Prepare test data to assist technical resources with debugging and issue resolution Research and submit tickets to software vendors for problem resolution Manage process compliance including internal controls, regulatory requirements, and development of documentation and training materials Provide technical oversight and manage small to medium-sized IT projects, including schedule estimation and implementation planning Required Qualifications BA/BS in Information Technology or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of experience working with IT-related systems and projects Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) versions 8.9-9.2 ERP implementation experience including business requirement and fit-gap analysis, prototyping, system configuration, data conversion, integration testing, regression testing, and user training Functional knowledge in 2+ JDE E1 modules (Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales Operations) Experience creating JDE versions, setting processing options, and designing menus, UDOs (Watchlists, Orchestrator solutions, Cafe1), BIP output, E1 Batch Applications, and E1 Interactive Applications Experience creating functional specifications for RICEWF objects, Visio process flowcharts, and testing use cases Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences including management Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. Louis, MO (Tuesdays required), 2 days remote Occasional travel may be required Occasional support during non-working hours may be required The base range for this contract position is $40 - $65 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.
