About This Posting & Our Hiring Timeline

This posting is part of JCB’s effort to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of the opening of our new San Antonio manufacturing facility. By applying, you will be considered for future opportunities as we move closer to launching operations.

Position Summary

The Welder is responsible for performing welding operations to produce highquality components and assemblies that meet JCB specifications and quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG and other welding processes as required
  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
  • Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
  • Welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
