Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, and assessments to determine individuals' needs for care.

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide psychoeducation to patients within the community and mental health observation units.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of or eligibility for a valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency in mental health crisis intervention and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
