Pay for performance is a salespersonโ€™s greatest compensation motivator! Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
  • Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
  • Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customerโ€™s project.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable vehicle.
  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.
Who You Are:

  • Passionate about selling.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely.
  • Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2-hour radius from your home.

  • Enjoy working as an independent contractor to maximize your earning potential.
  • The ability to not take โ€œnoโ€ personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.
  • Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
Schedule:
  • Weโ€™ll provide you with preassigned sales leads up to 5 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Ability to run weekend appointments when desired and theyโ€™re available!
  • Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots: 10:00am, 2:00pm, 6:00pm, with Saturday running 10am and 2pm appointments.
  • Road warrior โ€“ must be comfortable driving an average of 500-1000 miles a week and up to 3 hours from your home base.
