Job description

The Bus Person will efficiently and discreetly support the dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and assisting wait staff, ensuring seamless food service and a positive, memorable guest experience.

HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

  • Quickly and quietly carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the kitchen/dishroom.
  • Replace soiled table linens and reset tables with silverware and glassware.
  • Replenish clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the dining room.
  • Decorate and restock the service bar with food items, utensils, and dishes.
  • Serve ice water and butter to guests.
  • Clean and polish sneeze guards, glass shelves, service bar equipment, and dispensers.
  • Assist wait staff as directed by management to ensure timely guest service.
  • Take initiative to greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Other duties as assigned.
