Medical Receptionist

Are you a cooperative, diplomatic, and respectful professional with a passion for helping others? Our busy and efficient urgent care clinic is seeking a medical receptionist who thrives in a friendly, team-based environment while delivering exceptional patient services.

What You'll Do Every Day

  • Greet each patient with a positive and welcoming expression and voice tone
  • Ensure a smooth check-in process
  • Perform methodical and repetitive tasks such as data entry into the EMR and insurance processing

  • Handle phone calls and inquiries in a compassionate manner
