Do you have a heart for Seniors and enjoy bringing joy to others?

Companion Volunteers are needed for our patients at Paradigm Health. It's as simple as listening to their stories, reading to them, walking beside them, and spending a little quality time. Would you enjoy just holding someone's hand and being a comfort to them? Our volunteers do this and so much more!

Paradigm has received USA Today's Top Workplaces for several years and in 2025 received the overall Top Workplace Leadership Award, illustrating our caring culture that highly values our staff and volunteers.

We would love to tell you more about our free training and customizable opportunity based on your interests and needs. Please reach out to us today to learn how you make all the difference to someone at this special time in life.
