Working Style: Onsite / Field Support

Salary: 60-80K/ per year (DOE)

▶︎ Key Responsibilities
  • Configure servers, PCs, networks, and telephony systems for clients
  • Perform on-site installation of IT infrastructure (servers, network devices, telephony systems, etc.)
  • Provide troubleshooting support both remotely and onsite
  • Support system administration for servers, PCs, and network environments
  • Document work records, installation details, and project activities
  • Maintain troubleshooting logs and document solutions for future reference
  • Report project status and issues to team leaders
  • Conduct product research and analyze market trends
  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for clients
  • Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery

▶︎Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Server environments (Windows / Unix / Linux), Network devices (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), Virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, etc.)
  • Knowledge of: LAN / WAN networking, IT security solutions for servers and endpoints
