Job Summary

Provide administrative support to our professional staff during the tax season (until mid-April). This role involves a variety of tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and translation.

Responsibilities

Data entry using Excel, Word, and PDF software

Filing, organizing, and managing documents

Preparing documents such as letters, reports, and presentations

Translating internal documents between Japanese and English

Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Fluent in both Japanese and English (reading and writing)

Bachelors degree or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF software

Previous office work experience is required

Work Schedule

Less than 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM

Overtime may be required as needed

Work schedule is generally fixed, but we offer flexibility for school events, childcare needs, etc.
