Job Description:
Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Location: Northwest Indy/IN (near intersection of 86th St and Michigan Rd)
Working Hours:9am-5pm (Littele overtime as needed)/Full Onsite
Salary range: $48K, DOE
Job Type: Permanent
Job Preference: Full Time

Responsibilities (most will be shared with other team members):
Post and manage data in the internal ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail
Review and process A/R invoices and payment receipts in the ERP system
Review and process A/P product/non-product invoices and payments in the ERP system
Process credit/debit memo, rebate/commission, and inventory adjustment requests as necessary
Perform cash and other subledger account reconciliations
Support ISO internal management and admin tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Accounting preferred), or equivalent experience
Work experience with ERP or accounting system or data entry
Basic accounting knowledge
Strong numerical and analytical skills a must
Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to details
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
