Hourly Production  

Responsibilities  

  • Position requires individual to cut, trim, and fabricate wholesale beef products in a production line setting
  • Functional Requirements
    • Ability to lift, push, and pull product repetitively in a hot and/or cold assembly line environment
    • Ability to work with sharp instruments
    • Must maintain good personal hygiene

The Cactus operation is a two-shift, beef processing facility and distribution center located in the panhandle of Texas. Employs a total of 3,023 team members.  

Cactus is a key beef export plant, exporting approximately 23% of production to different countries including Japan, Mexico and Chile. The facility processes more than one million head of cattle per year.
