Job description

Imagine what you could do here! The people here at Apple don’t just create products - they build the kind of wonder that’s revolutionized entire industries. It’s the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. At Apple, inclusion is a shared responsibility, and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.
We’re a diverse collective of thinkers and doers, continuously reimagining our products and practices to help people do what they love in new ways. That innovation is inspired by a shared commitment to great work - and to each other. Because learning from the people here means we’re learning from the best. Retail Operations creates the tools and programs that empower our teams to provide, a one of a kind, only at Apple experience. We do this by obsessing over the employee and customer experience, and driving a global strategy that sets the bar.
The Retail Technology, Production Engineering team prototypes and builds demo experiences that bring devices to life across Apple stores globally. Every new Apple product entering the retail demo pipeline passes through our hands. In collaboration with our partners, we compose demo bundles and refresh interactive campaigns throughout the year, making stores fun, fresh and relevant. Every device a customer picks up, and every screen a customer sees in an Apple Store reflects the precision and care this team puts into every build.

You will operate at the intersection of retail strategy and engineering execution, driving intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning for multiple concurrent initiatives that span hardware, software, services, and retail operations. You will establish the operational processes, governance frameworks, and cross-functional rhythms that align Engineering, Product, Marketing, Creative, and Business stakeholders on what matters most.
You will bridge business and engineering - translating ambiguous requirements into actionable technical solutions and delivery plans, and influencing executive stakeholders through prioritization, tradeoff analysis, and data-driven recommendations.","responsibilities":"Lead global planning and execution for customer-facing demo experiences across Apple Stores globally. Establish scalable operational processes, governance frameworks, and analytics that improve execution readiness, stakeholder alignment, and delivery predictability. Influence executive stakeholders through clear keynotes and data-driven recommendations to maximize business impact and resource utilization. Streamline reporting and leadership updates to improve GTM speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using AI to improve workflows and effectiveness

Hands-on fluency with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proven track record of introducing or maturing program rituals (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, status cadences).
