About the role

Reporting to the Senior Digital Merchandising Manager, the Assistant Digital Merchandiser will be responsible for supporting the management of content for the website and ecommerce operations while working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to publish content on time and maintain brand guidelines while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven workplace.

Essential Functions:

  • Support the execution of all aspects of the ecommerce photo shoot process from start to finish, including creating shot lists, booking talent, pulling samples, assisting on set, and making image selects
  • Assist the Senior Digital Merchandising Manager with site merchandising, product cross sells and associated projects around monthly collection launches and sale events
  • Maintain all imagery/image imports for both new and old styles, any and all retouching from both on figure and still life shoots, cropping and maintaining all image swatches/the color table
  • Support the optimization of product photography, copy, and overall customer experience online
  • Coordinate the product launch process and calendar, working with cross functional partners to launch new product on time
  • Support partnership with buying teams to create seamless online shopping experiences for new product initiatives
  • Log and test website bugs and issues
  • Maintain and optimize product attribution for all new products
  • Conduct competitive analysis to help inform merchandising and site experience opportunities
  • Partner with buyers to keep abreast of product performance, new deliveries, replenishments etc.
  • Assist with pulling swipe/concepts for optimization of new site feature/functions along with concepts for seasonal content to support the assortment

  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, standing, bending and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to access and navigate various departments at the organization's facilities.
