The Assistant Merchant supports the execution of the digital merchandising strategy by ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, and compelling on-site experiences. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless, high-quality customer journey by maintaining data integrity, supporting category optimization, and ensuring timely execution of launches and updates.

 Responsibilities

 •    Execute product setup, pricing updates, and content validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across the site
•    Maintain and optimize category navigation, taxonomy, and product attribution to enhance the customer shopping experience
•    Perform quality assurance (QA) across product detail pages, category pages, and promotional placements
•    Support digital floorsets, product launches, and seasonal updates to ensure timely and accurate execution
•    Monitor site performance trends and assist in reporting to identify opportunities for optimization
•    Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure readiness and execution accuracy
•    Identify and escalate issues proactively while contributing to continuous process improvements
 

 Qualifications

 •    0–2 years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, retail, or a related field
•    Strong attention to detail with the ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously
•    Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CMS tools is a plus
•    Strong communication skills and a collaborative mentality
