Job description


As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you'll play a key role in optimizing the product assortment and supporting the delivery of a seamless, engaging shopping experience for customers across digital touchpoints. With a focus on data-driven strategies and collaboration, you'll work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure our website effectively presents the right products to the right customers at the right time.
The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of the digital merchandising strategy. You'll be involved in the execution of merchandising tactics that drive product visibility, engagement, and ultimately, sales.
JOB DUTIES:
  • Product Assortment Management: Support the creation and optimization of product listings, ensuring accurate and engaging product content (images, descriptions, specifications) across the website.
  • Site Experience Optimization: Help refine site navigation and product placement to enhance the user experience, drive smoother shopping journeys and balance ADI "exclusive brand" and third-party product offerings.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics, including product and campaign performance, using web analytics tools. Provide regular reports on product visibility and conversion trends.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and optimization of landing pages and product campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Product Discovery Optimization: Support the optimization of product filters, search functionality, and product categories to improve discoverability and ensure products are easily found by customers.
  • E-Commerce Site Enhancement: Identify site functionality needs/opportunities to improve our customer experience and help shape requirements building with our digital product owner team.
  • Cross-Sell and Up-Sell Strategies: Assist in the development of strategies to increase average order value, including implementing product recommendations and optimizing product assortments.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging product categories. Share insights with the team to inform ongoing merchandising efforts.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to ensure product details and promotional content are accurate and up to date.
  • Special Projects: Assist with additional merchandising tasks or special projects as assigned.

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 2-plus years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or a related field
  • Strong curiosity and "go-get" mentality
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Excel for basic data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative team player
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort level leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work
