The Assistant Digital Merchandiser supports the digital merchandising team with day-to-day tasks, while the Digital Merchandiser leads strategy and manages online product presentation. The assistant role is ideal for those starting in e-commerce, whereas the digital merchandiser position requires more experience and strategic skills.
MCG is the premier retail service organization that partners with both manufacturers and retailers to increase sales at store level. We provide in store services to department stores, mass merchants and stand alone retailers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
MCG Merchandisers showcase brands and products on the retail selling floor to increase sales for our clients. Our merchandisers keep store fixtures filled and organized, visual displays looking great and regularly engage with customers. Â
Responsibilities:
Build & maintain a professional relationship with store management & personnel
Replenish stock & organize displays according to merchandising guidelines set forth by client & store specifications
Engage & assist customers
Attend all training seminars
Develop creative ways to merchandise/sell the client's products
Communicate effectively with MCG management
Requirements:
Merchandising experience is a must. Retail experience is a plus.
Must adhere to all dress code & store sign in policies
Ability to read & follow detailed directives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer, high-speed internet access, printer, & email

Flexible availability Monday-Friday. Occasional evening & weekend work may also be required
