Job description

Recognized as the No. 1 site trusted by real estate professionals, Realtor.com® has been at the forefront of online real estate for over 25 years, connecting buyers, sellers, and renters with trusted insights and expert guidance to find their perfect home. Through its robust suite of tools, Realtor.com® not only makes a significant impact on the real estate industry at large, but for consumers, navigating the biggest purchase they will make in their life, by providing a user experience that is easy to use, easy to understand, and most of all, easy to make decisions.
Join us on our mission to empower more people to find their way home by breaking barriers to entry, making the right connections, and building confidence through expert guidance.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, data science, and engineering - and is built for someone who moves fast, operates with curiosity and scrappiness, and gets energy from building things from the ground up. As a Lead Growth Marketing Manager, you will identify, test, and scale growth levers for an emerging line of business where the playbook is still being written. Acquisition is the immediate priority, and the opportunity to shape how this business grows is wide open.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines analytical rigor, sharp growth instincts, and a builder's mindset. You'll be deep in the work - running experiments, building systems, and partnering across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Business Development to move quickly. If you thrive in ambiguity and get energy from building things that didn't exist before, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Own and Scale Growth Programs
  • Own end-to-end growth initiatives spanning user acquisition and product-led growth programs.
  • Manage and optimize multimillion-dollar marketing investments across platforms including SEM, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Identify and validate new growth opportunities through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.

Build New Growth Engines
  • Identify and explore emerging channels, creator partnerships, and platform opportunities that unlock incremental acquisition growth beyond existing programs.
  • Build the full growth stack - from acquisition programs and campaign infrastructure to landing pages and creative - using AI tools to move faster and do more with less.
  • Leverage AI to develop new growth engines - from creative automation to scalable marketing surfaces - that compound over time.

Drive Growth Strategy and Experimentation
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and establish measurement frameworks that surface scalable growth levers.
  • Build repeatable testing infrastructure that accelerates learning across audiences, creative, channels, and product experiences.

Influence Across the Organization
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Partner effectively across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Business Development - earning trust through the quality of your work and thinking, not org authority.
What You'll Bring:
Growth Track Record
  • 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a closely related discipline at a high-growth consumer technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling acquisition programs - from channel strategy and campaign execution to creative and landing page development.
  • Deep understanding of the full growth funnel - from acquisition and activation through retention and monetization.

Analytical Excellence
  • Ability to independently surface insights, size opportunities, and make data-driven decisions without heavy analytical support.
  • Comfortable working across large datasets and synthesizing quantitative signals into strategic recommendations.

Product and Strategic Thinking
  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to drive growth outcomes, not just marketing outcomes.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, independently drive initiatives from concept to execution, and adapt quickly as conditions change.

AI Fluency
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build - using AI tools to produce landing pages, creative assets, and campaign materials directly, without waiting on a large support team.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI to improve decision-making, accelerate workflows, and scale what would otherwise require significantly more resources.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices - including quality assurance, risk mitigation, and governance considerations in a marketing context.
