Job description

Janitorial Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Working Janitorial Supervisor to lead a custodial team while actively participating in daily cleaning duties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

*Ensure compliance with the scope of work. 

*Participate in operations meetings 

*Follow up on quality inspections 

*Ensure compliance with client work order program. 

*Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures. 

* Review supplies 

*Manage equipment audit compliance 

* Equipment inventory. 

*Employee coaching

* Other Janitorial Duties as Needed

Requirements

  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
  • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • MUST HAVE VAILD ID AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE (PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ACCEPTED) 
  • Reliable transportation to and from work 
  • Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs 
  • Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
  • Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes (Not Provided by employer)  

Bilingual Preferred 

Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred 

2-3 years cleaning services experience preferred

Pay based on experience
