Jackson, Michigan, Dermatology Job
  • Clinical Role:
    • Open to TRULY Board Eligible candidates within 1 year of graduation (must become Board Certified within 3 years of graduation)
    • Desired start date: As soon as possible, with 90 days for credentialing
    • Practice setting: Outpatient and clinic
    • Reason for coverage: Reopening the dermatology practice
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule.  Minimum of 36 direct patient contact hours with 4 hours of administrative time
    • Trauma Level II
    • Medical and cosmetic services: Dermatology practice focuses on 90% medical and 10% cosmetic dermatology, with potential for growth in the cosmetic side if desired
    • High procedure volume: Approximately 80% of patient visits involve procedures, ranging from skin tag removals to skin cancer biopsies. Providers typically see 4-5 patients per hour, with 3-4 involving a procedure
    • Work-life balance: Join a system that promotes and values an excellent work-life balance
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Not open to 1099 candidates for this position
    • Not open to Locums candidates
    • Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
    • Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
