Job description

This is an onsite work position based in Tallahassee,FL. Apply only if you are willing to relocate.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Work experience can substitute on a year for year basis for the degree.

Certifications :

1.      Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

2.      PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or equivalent certification preferred

3.      ServiceNow certifications

4.      ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Required Experience:

1.      10+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.

2.      7+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or platform enhancements.

3.      Experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements.

4.      Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.

5.      Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and functional specifications.

6.      Experience supporting solution validation and user acceptance testing.

Preferred Experience:

1.      Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow products or modules.

2.      Experience supporting ITSM, Case Management, CMDB, ITOM, Employee Center, or related

3.      ServiceNow capabilities.

4.      Experience with business process improvement methodologies.

5.      Experience supporting organizational change management and user adoption.

6.      Experience working within a public sector or government environment.
