Coordinate the phase-out of obsolete parts and items, ensuring appropriate updates are made across related systems, documentation, and business processes.

Partner closely with the Product Configuration Administrator to ensure timely creation and setup of parts required for new and updated product configurations.

Maintain strong revision control processes by managing engineering changes, version history, and item revisions to ensure teams are working with current and approved information.

Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to support accurate item creation and maintenance.

Develop and maintain item master templates, workflows, standards, and procedures to improve data consistency, streamline processes, and reduce manual effort.

Monitor item master data quality and identify opportunities to improve data governance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Provide training, support, and guidance to stakeholders regarding item master processes, data standards, best practices, and system functionality.

Support successful ERP and PLM data integration and synchronization to ensure accurate and reliable product and item information across systems.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce manual data maintenance, and strengthen master data management processes.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience in item master management, ERP master data administration, PLM data coordination, or a similar master data governance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Bluestar PLM, or similar ERP and PLM systems, including item master setup, data synchronization, and integration.

Strong understanding of item master best practices, part numbering conventions, revision control, BOM relationships, and cross-functional data dependencies.

Experience reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
