Job description

Application close date:
Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.
At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!
This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.
Blue Origin is establishing a new international Talent Acquisition team as the company grows outside the United States. Blue Origin opened its first European office in Luxembourg in 2026, creating a strategic hub for our expanding our business. This role is part of building that talent function from the start. This is early stage work. Processes, sourcing channels, and market knowledge are still being built, and you help define them. You will partner with hiring managers across different programs, learn the technical requirements behind each requisition, and set standards that future recruiters on this team will follow. If you want ownership over how a company hires in new regions, rather than inheriting a system already in place, this role offers that.
Responsibilities
  • Develop regional sourcing strategies for EMEA and/or APAC markets to build candidate pipelines.
  • Plan and support hiring events that attract qualified candidates in targeted international markets.
  • Support programmatic work with cross functional teams standing up new international sites.
  • Partner with hiring managers across programs to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
  • Develop prospects into candidates by engaging, sustaining relationships, and assessing fit against requirements.
  • Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, coordinating panels and gathering interviewer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and reporting to support hiring compliance across international requisitions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience across engineering, supply chain, or technology roles.
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in either Europe or Asia Pacific regions.
  • Demonstrated success generating candidate leads using multiple sourcing platforms and outreach methods.
  • Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical corporate roles.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in space, aerospace and defense, telecommunications, or technology hardware industries.
  • Working knowledge of European hiring practices, employment regulations, and regional candidate market dynamics.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or programs with competing hiring priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Workday applicant tracking system for requisition management and candidate workflow tracking.
  • Experience planning or supporting recruiting events or targeted hiring campaigns.
  • Experience establishing recruiting processes, sourcing channels, or talent functions in new markets.
  • Strong attention to detail, high standards, and professional communication when advising business leaders.
