Global Sourcing & Supplier Development

Identify, qualify, and onboard manufacturers and suppliers across Asia (China, Vietnam, Taiwan), Honduras, Mexico, and South America (Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, and similar markets)

Build and maintain a robust supplier database covering janitorial tools, sanitation supplies, cleaning equipment, mops, brooms, dispensers, liners, and related categories

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, MOQs, and exclusivity or preferred supplier arrangements

Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective action plans as needed

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

Oversee import logistics including freight (ocean/air), customs clearance, duties, and last-mile delivery in coordination with our logistics partners

Manage lead times and safety stock levels to prevent supply disruptions

Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers leveraging Miami's strategic position as a gateway to Latin American trade

Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export regulations, country-of-origin requirements, and trade agreements (e.g., USMCA)

Cost Management & Reporting

Develop and maintain landed cost models for each product category

Track and report on sourcing KPIs: cost savings, supplier lead times, quality reject rates, and on-time delivery performance

Identify cost reduction opportunities through consolidation, alternate sourcing, or design changes

Prepare sourcing reports and market intelligence summaries for senior leadership
