UNR Med IT is seeking a student worker to join our Helpdesk team. You will field calls and chats for IT support, clearly explain solutions, and route complex issues to a Med IT Technician when needed. You will support UNRMed operations by assisting with IT needs for classrooms and clinics. Hours: up to 20 per week during the semester (up to 40 hours in breaks), 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.
