  • Monitor andcontrol project expenses, identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Serve as aliaison between the field, vendors, and project teams.
  • Maintainaccurate records and help prepare invoices, reports, andproject documentation.
  • Supporttechnology needs by coordinating with the IT subcontractor.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years ofexperience in office administration and project coordination
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
