You will support prime contract obligations, maintain CPSR readiness, and ensure procurement integrity from solicitation through closeout. This position plays a key role in upholding Federal Acquisition Regulations, internal policies, and prime contract requirements.

  • Prepare and issue solicitations, evaluate proposals, and recommend best-value suppliers.
  • Interpret and apply contractual terms, FAR/DFARS flow-downs, and prime contract requirements.
  • Manage subcontract execution from planning through closeout.

 Vendor Evaluation and Due Diligence

  • Conduct subcontractor responsibility reviews including SAM registration verification, debarment checks, financial and technical capability assessments, and analysis of mandatory flow-downs.

Compliance and CPSR Support

  • Maintain compliant procurement files aligned with CPSR standards.
  • Conduct procurement file reviews, identify compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support DCMA CPSR audits through data calls, file preparation, auditor responses, and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to FAR Part 44, DFARS, and agency-specific procurement rules.
  • Support small business subcontracting requirements when applicable.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Advise stakeholders on subcontract strategy, risk identification, and negotiation approaches.
  • Collaborate with Contracts, Program Management, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Apply strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving.

Salary Range:  $60,000 to $90,000

  • 5+ years of subcontract or procurement management experience.
  • Demonstrated full lifecycle subcontract administration experience, including closeouts.
  • Strong understanding of DCMA CPSR requirements.
  • Experience with major government contract types (IDIQ, FFP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF).
  • Ability to draft complex and non-routine contractual instruments.
  • Deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, flow-down clauses, and Federal acquisition best practices.
