Responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise IT strategic planning, governance, vendor management, and budget management processes. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and IT services delivered by external providers, overseeing planning, budgeting, performance management, and audit compliance.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise IT strategic roadmap aligned with business and corporate objectives
  • Govern IT portfolio planning and prioritization, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for infrastructure and enterprise systems
  • Lead annual IT budgeting and forecasting, including cost optimization across vendor-delivered services
  • Facilitate IT governance boards to drive decision-making on priorities, risks, and investments
  • Manage business demand intake and translate requirements into structured IT plans within defined scope boundaries
  • Serve as the primary liaison with IT service provider to coordinate all IT activities between internal stakeholders and the external provider
  • Establish and manage vendor governance (SLAs, KPIs, performance reviews) to define measurable service expectations and regularly review provider performance against agreed targets
  • Monitor and report IT provider performance and collaborate on improvement actions as needed
  • Identify and mitigate risks across IT projects, vendor delivery, and compliance areas
  • Lead IT service provider audits covering performance, security, and contract adherence
  • Coordinate and response for internal and external IT audits
  • Ensure IT services meet security, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements while driving continuous improvement
  • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned
Education:
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
Related Experience:
  • 10 โ€“ 15 years job related experience preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in IT strategy, portfolio management desired
  • Experience managing third-party IT service providers
  • Familiarity with IT audit, risk management, and compliance framework (SOX, ISO27001, COBIT)
Training / Certification:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL v4 Foundation or above preferred
Skills / Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and frameworks
  • Project management
  • Negotiation and contract oversight
Additional Information:

Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
