Description

Main duties include deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and related technology equipment including Windows and MacOS. Configure devices in accordance with departmental standards and industry best practices. Setup, configure and maintain local and network printers. Take a proactive approach to device maintenance that ensures minimal downtime. Support of conference rooms, ensuring PCs are connected to Audio and Visual systems for Cisco devices. They do not require AV experience, but it is a nice to have. Candidates with A+ certification are highly preferred.

This client uses ServiceNow for their ticketing system, Active Directory, their environment is split between Windows (Dell and Lenovo laptops) and Mac devices (90%-10%).
