What you'll do
  • Lead the design and execution of a high-impact roadmap to transition IT service management platforms, building a modern, scalable platform that transforms how the firm delivers IT services
  • Build and manage the end-to-end migration program, including planning, design, data migration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
  • Design and configure the service management platform to support enterprise ITIL-based processes such as incident, problem, change, request, and asset management, ensuring the platform meets business and operational requirements
  • Align the platform transformation strategy with organizational goals and enterprise architecture to ensure seamless integration with existing IT and business operations
  • Optimize workflows and implement automation to improve service delivery, reduce manual effort, and elevate the user experience across the firm
  • Serve as the primary liaison among IT teams, business stakeholders, and external consultants, driving stakeholder alignment, decision making, and executive visibility
  • Establish governance, standards, and operating models to ensure consistent platform use, change control, and lifecycle management across the organization
  • Build, lead, and mentor an IT service management team composed of internal staff and external consultants, cultivating capability and accountability
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to measure platform health, adoption, operational efficiency, and business impact

What's required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise IT service management transformations and platform implementations
  • Demonstrated success implementing and scaling IT service management platforms in large enterprise environments with multiple workstreams and vendors, such as ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, integrations, APIs, data migration, and data management practices
  • Expertise in driving organizational change and user adoption for new systems, including training and communication planning
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to engage senior executives, technical teams, and end-users
  • Strong problem-solving and structured decision making abilities with experience resolving complex technical and operational tradeoffs
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on building high-performing teams and delivering results through cross-functional partnership

The annual base salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
