Job Summary:
IPRO is seeking a Senior System Engineer to enhance their Managed Service Provider (MSP) client environments. The role involves engineering, onboarding, and deploying new client environments, providing advanced support, and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Engineer, onboard, and deploy new MSP client environments
• Provide advanced escalation support to Help Desk Technicians and Systems Administrators
• Conduct advanced network and systems troubleshooting
• Implement tools, documentation standards, and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting: Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365, VMware vSphere, Veeam, Group Policy, Enterprise servers and SAN infrastructure
• Advanced experience with Fortinet solutions, including: FortiGate Firewalls, Fortinet switches, Fortinet wireless access points, Fortinet security products
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Azure, AWS, and cloud technologies
• Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least two of the following areas: Networking, VMware vSphere, Current Windows Server platforms, PowerShell, Active Directory, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
